Webcams

Ferguson Laboratory maintains two Webcams. The FSEL Webcam gives a live view of the main laboratory floor. From this view, the three-dimensional reaction system is on the far right and the fatigue test slab is on the far left. The structural test floor is in the center.

The HTTL Webcam gives a live view of the high-temperature test laboratory. The 550-kip frame is on the left, the 220-kip frame is in the center, and the 22-kip frame is on the right. The three computer-controlled uniaxial test frames are used for static, fatigue, and high-temperature tests of structural components, connections, and materials. The environmental chambers are capable of reaching temperatures up to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit.
